OUR PROCESSES
We use state-of-the-art technology based on hot air and radio frequency which allows us to dry both from the outside in and from the inside out, creating a homogeneous drying, then we pass it to another equipment which expands the fibers creating the crunch of snack we were looking for
This process allows us to preserve 98% of the nutrients and there is no need to add sulphates, dyes, sweeteners or flavorings, our product is 100% Natural

FRUITS AND VEGGIES PERFORMANCE.
Depending of the fruits and vegetables that we process we need to use more product to get a higer performance, the lowest performance that we have is with the Pineapple, Strawberry and pepers for the amount of water that they have.
